Cancellation Policy
GBP holds a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows and any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. All appointments will have a grace period of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the schedule appointment will result in a late lee of $15. Failure to arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment will result in a no-show cancellation fee.
